Q: Is there a minimum order?
Answer
There is no minimum order. You can order from a single piece to a hundred pieces!
Q: I have my design ready. What should be the file format of my design?
Answer
No particular file format; any will do. Our only request is that it be in high resolution with 300DPI, and the print size of the design be indicated.
Q: What is the basis for the printing cost?
Answer
We base the cost on four factors: quantity of shirts, number of image/design placement, amount of colored print on the design, and overall print size.
Q: What fabric do you use?
Answer
We use either 100% cotton or cotton blend for our shirts. 100% cotton shirts are typically cooler to wear and work better for prints. Cotton blend shirts contain polyester material, which makes the shirt thicker and have more body volume. Usually the cotton blend shirts work better for embroidered designs. The cost of the cotton blend shirt is lower than the 100% cotton shirt.
Q: What is the maximum size for print?
Answer
For ready-made shirts, the maximum print is 13.5 x19 inches for adult sized shirts. There is no limit if the shirts are to be customized (with minimum quantity of 300 pcs.).
Q: What are the terms of payment?
Answer
We request for 50% down payment upon confirmation of your order, and full payment upon pick-up of the orders.
Q: Do you do customized shirts with combination?
Answer
Yes, we do. The minimum order for this is 300 pieces per style per color.
Q: Do you also do embroidery?
Answer
Yes. The minimum order for this is 60pcs. The price will be based on design and quantity.
Q: Does the silk-screen print easily fade?
Answer
No. We take pride in the high quality silk-screen printing that we provide. You can be sure that under normal washing procedure, our silk-screen prints will last for a long time.
Q: Is it possible to mix assorted color shirts and sizes with the printing of one design?

Yes.
Q: What are the usual causes of delay of printing?
Answer
